Ordering
1. How long will it
take to receive the files once I order?
All documents on Doctivity are available for immediate download upon purchase,
and you can begin to use them right away.
2. What type of payments
do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept
mail-in checks, money orders, purchase orders or cash.
3. Can I order by telephone?
Yes, you can place a telephone order 24 hours a day. Simply email us and
we will provide you with the toll-free number.
4. Is ordering on Doctivity
secure?
Yes, you can order with confidence on Doctivity.com. We use Verisign's
128-bit encryption to process your order on a secure server (this is the
strongest encryption in the industry). Further, Doctivity does not store

5. Is there tax on
my order?
No, because these are completely digital documents, there is no tax on your
order.

Support
1. I can't open the
file or am getting error messages...what do I do?
You may have trouble opening some of the files if you do not have a file
compression utility (like WinZip) on your computer. If this is the case, just
follow the steps below and they should open without a problem:
1. Download a free evaluation
copy of WinZip at www.winzip.com. You do not have to pay for this software.
2. Once WinZip is installed,
open the WinZip program. If it asks you to choose between WinZip Wizard, or
WinZip classic, choose WinZip Classic.
3. Click on the "Open"
button at the top of the WinZip program, and choose the file that you downloaded
from us.
4. After the file opens
in WinZip, click the "Extract" button at the top of WinZip and choose
a permanent location for the files.
5. Now close WinZip
and open up the file from Windows Explorer or the appropriate program.
2. I am unable to download the file/my connection timed out...what do
I do?
The problem may be that the server was busy, or a connection timeout
occurred. Try the download again using the link provided. If you are still
unable to retrieve the file, simply email us at support@doctivity.com
and we will send it to you via email.
3. I have a question specific to one of your products...what do I do?
